Some of our guests have been invited to camp or rent rustic cabins at Harriman State Park throughout our shabbaton weekend. These guests have already been notified! We will be in touch with more information regarding on-site accommodations once we have RSVPs.

Train

NJ Transit to Sloatsburg (Bergen-Main Line towards Port Jervis)

Whether you are coming from NY (Penn Station) or Newark Airport, you will catch the train to Sloatsburg from Secaucus, NJ. Take the the Bergen-Main Line going towards Port Jervis. We will arrange for transportation from the train to the venue.

Shuttle

Shuttle from Sloatsburg Train Station to Venue

September 4, 2022 3:45 pm - 10:00 pm

There is a shuttle from the Sloatsburg train station to Corman Outdoor Center. It will pick up guests on Friday at 3:45 (Train departs NY 2:32, arrives 3:32) and 6:15 (Train departs NY 5:05, arrives 6:05). It will pick up guests on Sunday at 2:30 (Train departs NY 1:14, arrives 2:19). It will also bring people back to the train station Sunday night in time for the 10:02 train to NY Penn Station. (Please be ready to leave the venue at 9:30). You can look at the train timetables in the "train" entry for more information on train times.

Our Venue - Corman Outdoor Center - Address

The address you can use is: 200 Breakneck Road, Haverstraw, NY 10927. Look for the AMC sign. You will then follow the dirt road to a parking lot for 1.4 miles. Park in the lot. You can then walk about a quarter of a mile to the venue, or take the shuttle that will be provided. Note: If you plan to use GPS, Apple Maps has CHOC’s Address listed as: 200 Breakneck Rd, Haverstraw, NY 10927 and Google Maps has it listed as: 200 Breakneck Rd, Stony Point, NY 10980. If you enter the Apple Maps address into Google Maps, the directions will be incorrect.
