We’re so excited to celebrate with you and are grateful you’ll be joining us. For your convenience, we’ve reserved a room block at The Lofton Hotel Minneapolis, Tapestry Collection by Hilton for July 17–19, 2026. You can book your stay at our group rate using the link provided — it will default to a two-night stay, but you can easily adjust your dates if needed. If you’re planning to extend your stay, additional nights may be available at the same rate by modifying your reservation through the booking link. Please be sure to reserve your room by June 18, 2026 to receive the discounted rate. Standard check-in is 4:00 PM. If you’d like to guarantee access to your room earlier in the day (prior to 11:00 AM), you may reserve the room for the night before at 50% of the group rate — this ensures immediate access upon arrival. Otherwise, guests are welcome to store luggage with the hotel’s bell staff and request early check-in (based on availability).
