Traveling to Ravello

Thank you so much for taking the time to travel—we are beyond grateful to our friends and family who are able to join us. We completely understand if traveling is difficult due to the location or the busyness of life, and we’ll be celebrating with you in spirit either way.
For those planning to make the trip, we hope the information below makes your travel planning a bit easier.
Ravello is located on the Amalfi Coast, and getting there typically involves flying into Naples or Rome.
If flying into Rome, you will need to travel to Naples to then take the ferry to Ravello. It is highly encouraged to take the high-speed train from Rome to Naples.
Once in Naples, you can take a ferry to the Amalfi Coast—highly recommended for the scenic views and a smoother experience than navigating the winding mountain roads.
Alternatively, a private transfer or taxi is an option, though the roads can be narrow and winding.

Flight
Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO)
A larger international hub with more flight options and often lower fares. From Rome, you can take a high-speed train (about 1 hour) to Naples.

Naples International Airport (NAP)
Closer to Ravello, though it’s a smaller airport and may offer fewer flight options.

If flying into Rome, it is highly recommended you take the train from Rome to Naples. Personal taxis are an option, but can more expensive and less reliable
Travel Note
Ferry from Naples to Amalfi
Ferries run daily and are typically in the mornings to late afternoon (i.e., 8AM - ~3:30PM). Ferries are ~30 euros a person one way. Please note if you plan to travel outside of these times you may need to take a personal taxi (which is typically more expensive)
