Wedding Party

Leah Reyes

Maid of Honor

From the earliest days of elementary school, we've been inseparable friends. After years of schemes and adventures we were lucky enough to get to get to walk into the next phase of life side by side. From us sharing a dorm room at Texas A&M, where we navigated the ups and downs of freshman life (mostly working through the experience that was Dunn Hall) and cherishing every moment of quarantine that we spent at our college apartment 'The Stack' (Stack Pack forever) Leah has been my rock and best friend. Whether it was endless movie nights or arguing our way through Super Mario Brothers we have always been glued at the hip. There's no one else I'd rather have shared my childhood and adult life with. I'm incredibly grateful to have such a kind and loyal friend standing by my side on this special day!

Maddie Aroner

Best Woman (& Savage Godmother 🐾)

What can I say about Madeleine Q. Aroner that won’t be said in the history books, preserved for future generations? *checks notes* “good friend. likes frogs. boyfriend: Paul. is lawyer now.” Well, other than that, Maddie has been an incredible support, confidant, and friend for 10 years. She was there when I found my dog, Savage; she was there when I proposed to Taylor; and she’ll be there next to me on my wedding day. If I’m lucky, she’ll be there for my next 10 years of milestones too.

Caroline Todd

Bridesmaid

I have had the privilege of knowing Caroline for the last two years. Our endless trips to AMC, chats at The Village Pub, and couch hangs have been the highlight of my time here. Her constant friendship not just with me, but also with Chandler has been such a gift. Caroline's big heart and unwavering kindness is unmatched! Caroline is also one of the funniest people we know – and with moves like hers, we have no doubt she will be the first one up on the dance floor at the wedding!

Kat McGee

Groomswoman (& Witchy Badass)

I am so grateful for the part that Kat has played in my life. Since freshman year, she’s been not only one of my closest friends, but also someone I look up to. From how she treats people to her problem-solving genius to her creativity, I’ve found so much to be inspired by. Kat’s opinion and judgment are always sharp, so I wasn’t surprised when she took to Taylor immediately. If you're looking out for her, she’ll be the groomswoman that looks way too cool to be with the rest of us dorks. I’m ecstatic she’ll be raising the cool factor at my wedding.

Kelly Barrett

Bridesmaid

I didn't know what I was missing before I had Kelly in my life, but I cannot imagine it without her now. Kelly Barrett is the friend you can call at your highest highs or lowest lows and she always knows exactly what you need. She is one of the most exciting, thoughtful, and silly people I know! I am so grateful for our long phone calls and dream of the day where we live closer than a 5 hour flight. I am so lucky to have her joining me as a bridesmaid on the big day!

Paul Ermlich

Groomsman (& Excellent Neanderthal)

Paul Ermlich! Simultaneously one of the funniest, kindest, and most intelligent people I know. Saying Paul has become a huge part of my life misses the mark. It’d probably be more illustrative for you to ask Taylor or one of our Nashville friends how often I sigh and say, “Man, I miss Paul.” Hint: it’s more than weekly. The only way things could be any better would be if Paul were dating another of my best friends— OH WAIT. (For a good time, ask him to speak in single-syllable words.)

Maty Tibbs

Bridesmaid

Maty and I first met rooming together on our trip with our High School Choir to perform at Carnegie Hall. We were quick friends and it became a tradition for us to room together for all future Choir Trips from New York, to DC, to Chicago. We were lucky that we were able to continue making new memories and taking on new experiences when we got to Texas A&M! Maty's unwavering kindness and genuine friendship has been a constant source of strength for me, and I'm eternally grateful to have her by my side.

Maggie Willson

Groomswoman (& Savage Godmother 🐾)

Maggie’s friendship has meant more positivity, support, and silliness added to my life than I ever thought possible. Her kindness, gratitude, and honesty have been a bar I’ve tried to hold myself to. Every time Maggie walks into a room (or Taylor and I bring her and Delaney random late night ice cream), you can always expect a joyful smile, a gigantic hug, and laughter (along with some fun facts about T. Swift or Hannah Waddingham). While Kat & Maddie failed to get her to wear a pantsuit to the wedding, I’m ridiculously blessed to have her sharing our day with us.

Tammy Shugart

Bridesmaid

Tammy is my aunt but I feel that she has embodied the role of big sister for me. All of my best memories with my family, big and small, have included her by my side. There is no one that can quite understand my love for pickles, Disney, and all things Broadway like Tammy because she once loved them enough to share them with me. I have looked up to her my entire life and I feel so lucky to have her by my side one more time on this special day.

Delaney Willson

Groomsman (& Savage Godfather 🐾)

I can’t imagine marrying Taylor without Delaney nearby. When I need a good pal hang, am desperate for advice, or just want to see a friendly face, I text Delaney first. His limitless love for Maggie (see above) and heartfelt devotion to his friends are only two of the many qualities I admire about him. My first impression of Delaney: this guy will live to be one of those old men that have perpetual smile wrinkles from a life of loving and laughing with the people in his life. I’ve known for many years that I want Taylor and I to be among that number. I can’t imagine him not being next to us when we get married, and thankfully I don’t have to.

Lacy Denny

Bridesmaid

Lacy may be Chandler's big sister, but VERY early into our relationship I let him know that I called dibs on having her on my side for the wedding! Lacy welcomed me to the family with open arms and a loads of jokes and we have bonded over our shared love of good food, good music, and our tremendous love for Chandler. I am so fortunate that I get to have her up there with me when we "officially" become sisters!

Keyton Carr

Groomsman (& Fast Runner-Guy)

Have you ever met someone that made one of your life’s regrets not meeting them years earlier? For me, that’s Keyton Carr. I’ve never known anyone with Keyton’s generosity, ferociously protective nature, and enviable intensity of kindness. At Vanderbilt, we barely knew of each other (and I was pretty sure I didn’t like him). Since he and Kacie moved back to Nashville, I instantly knew my mistake. Here was this hilarious, brilliant, badass guy that would drop everything at a moment’s notice to help his friends or family. Here was a guy that wouldn’t hesitate to bring you medicine if he heard you were sick (even if you didn’t ask for it). 6 good years aren’t enough to make up for the wasted ones not knowing Keyton. They are enough to get to know each other, run a marathon together, and become best friends. Hopefully, that reduces that life-regret down to a dull pang. P.S. Ask him how training for the Dopey is going.

Jonathan Amaro-Barron

Officiant (& Poozle Doozler)

I could easily (EASILY!) write a novel about the intelligence, goofiness, and sincerity of Jonathan Amaro-Barron— but those are the low-hanging fruit. There isn’t a soul on this Earth that I would rather marry Taylor and I because there isn’t a soul with the same carrying capacity for love as Jonathan’s. From everyone in his life to everything he attempts (and succeeds at), Jonathan has an unrelenting supply of love to give. Especially on the topic of his soon-to-be wife, Katherine (see above), and their two dogs, Jonathan gives every single part of himself. After you consider the rest of his family, his neurology residency, and his passion for his hobbies, you wouldn’t expect him to have bandwidth for much else. Then, you see him for the first time after too long since your last visit and the following occur: 1) he lights up at the sight of you, 2) he yells for the entire airport to hear, 2a) he probably jumped in the air when he yelled, 3) he runs full sprint at you, and 4) he gives you a great air-lifting hug. Like I said, there’s no one I’d rather kick off my marriage to the love of my life than the only person that puts that much love into everything he does.
