Think semi-formal but keep in mind the setting (Beachside) and the weather (TBD). Those attending the Private Beach Ceremony [by invitation only] may want to avoid heels as we will be in the sand. Those attending the Celebration will be indoors for the majority of the events. There is a beautiful patio out back with lovely views of the beach. Consider bringing a sweater, shawl or jacket if the weather is supposed to be chilly. It will be December after all and it does get cool in Florida sometimes 😉
Unless your invitation specifically named your date or specified a "plus one", please refrain from bringing a date as we will not have accommodations for them.
While we would love to have them with us, we regret to inform you that due to venue limitations and per-person costs, we won't be able to accommodate children outside of the wedding party. Please understand that this decision is not a reflection of our feelings towards your children; it's merely to ensure that everyone can fully be present and enjoy the wedding. We understand that finding childcare can be a challenge, so if you need assistance in locating suitable childcare services, please don't hesitate to reach out, and we'll be more than happy to help.
Please make us aware of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP so we can review them with our Caterer and find a way to accommodate you!
There is public parking at Pelican Beach Park which directly connects to the venue lot. Our hope is that being the off-season for beachgoers will mean ample parking for our guests but there are no guarantees. We apologize in advance if there is any inconvenience with parking. Of course, carpooling is always encouraged and if you plan to indulge in alcoholic beverages at our celebration, please consider ride services such as Uber or Lyft to get you to and from.
Not necessarily! There are no required costs (ie.: cash bar, parking, etc.) There should be ample free parking and there will be a [limited] open bar so your drinks are paid for! However, tipping the bartenders will be greatly appreciated by them and us alike.
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. We ask that you please refrain from taking photos, recording, or otherwise using your electronic devices during our ceremony. We have invested quite a bit to hire several skilled professionals to capture these special moments for us in order that our guests can be fully present in the moment with us! Having your electronics put up also allows our photographers and videographers to capture these moments without obstacles. Once the celebration gets started, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like. Be sure to tag us &/or use our wedding hashtag #kindlinlove
