Peyton and Jared met at a lacrosse gathering in college. Peyton announced "dibs on the redhead". Dibs acknowledged and the rest is history.

Peyton and Jared both played college lacrosse at Shenandoah University. The couple made many fun memories in their college town of Winchester. A few of their favorites include Sunday breakfast at Scalfanis, fall weather in the Shenandoah valley, supporting each other at their lax games and going to the “Zoo”. Peyton is a year ahead of Jared in school so she graduated in 2018. She moved to Radnor, PA for her career. Jared finished out his senior year at Shenandoah University while being captain of the lacrosse team. Peyton would visit Jared on the weekends as often as she could. In 2019, Jared graduated from SU and quickly went to start his Doctorate of Physical Therapy program at Marshall University. The couple was now a flight away from each other instead of a drive. Peyton would fly out to Jared on the weekends then Covid hit in 2020. Peyton was able to stay with Jared along with her dog Cutlas. The three made many memories together in Huntington, WV. Most notably going to the Ohio River, exploring the local parks, playing in the snow and trying local restaurants.

Jared graduated in 2022 from Marshall University with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He now works at the Rothman Institute. Peyton and Jared live together in Mount Laurel, NJ along with their English cream golden retriever named Goose. Peyton works for CNA insurance as an Underwriter up in Northern, NJ. The couple enjoys cooking together, playing sports, exploring new places and spending time with their dog.
