What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the ceremony 10 minutes early. We would love for everyone to please show up on time as the ceremony starts at 5pm. Please note if you are late you will have to wait until the ceremony is done. This will be enforced by the day of coordinator.

Alcohol and Security

Answer

Everything that is listed is to be followed in its entirety! Alcohol may NOT be consumed in the parking lot. The bar will NOT open until Security Personnel is present. Underage drinking is not allowed even if its provided by the parents. No shaking alcohol and spraying inside any CCR building, No shots, No excessive drinking please know your limit and be courteous to the bride and groom and to others. One drink per person may be served at a time! All alcohol drinks must be mixed. CCR reserves the right to ID if they believe someone is underage. If any of these rules are broken the bar will shut down immediately and no more alcohol will be served the rest of the night. PLEASE follow these rules!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes, the registry is on this website. We are doing a gift fund instead of actually gifts. If you would like to bring a card with money or a gift card somewhere that is completely fine.

Are firearms and smoking/vaping allowed?

Answer

NO firearms are allowed on the property for whatever reason. Vaping and smoking are not allowed inside the venue, but you are allowed to outside of the venue. No illegal drugs are allowed whatsoever!!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If the invitation envelope does not have another name on it besides yours, you are not allowed to bring a date.

Are Kids Allowed?

Answer

No, you are not allowed to bring your children unless you have been told otherwise. Adults MUST always accompany minors outdoors for the safety of the minor. The venue will not be held liable for injuries if left unattended. All children under the age of 16 must remain inside the building after dark to ensure safety of all guests on CCR property. Secuity personal will be notified and enforcing this rule!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, you are allowed to leave your car overnight, BUT you must pick it up the next day before 12pm. Please follow this rule as well as the other rules that will be listed.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, it is semi formal. If you have any questions on what to wear, please reach out to the number listed at the top of the page. You do not need to show up in black tie, please wear whatever you feel comfortable wearing in semi formal attire.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

No, we will not be having any events before or after the wedding.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we will be having Texas BBQ. Please let us know if you have any food allergies. We will also be having various desserts as well. They will be labeled accordingly. Any further questions please reach out if you have known allergies or dietary restrictions. We will have one gluten free dessert option.

Yes, you can find that information on the travel tab within the drop-down menu. Any information regarding travel will be there.

Wildlife and Animals

Answer

No animals, except for specially trained guide dogs, are not permitted within the buildings of the CCR property. CCR is not held liable for the actions of animals brought on the property or wildlife on CCR property.
