Janessa and Seth met how most college kids normally do nowadays — they both swiped right. After countless Blaze Pizza dates, beach trips & Disney adventures, they finally made things official on April 10, 2018. The end of their college career was nearing, so they knew that this was likely going to carry into life after school, which made them both excited & nervous! After about a year of dating, Janessa and Seth decided to ditch the roommates and move into an apartment together. Since moving in, they have grown their little family by adopting three adorable kitties - Leo, Kato, and Rosie! On September 26, 2019, Seth got down on one knee and proposed on a beautiful beach, overlooking the Golden Gate Bridge. Eventually, they realized it was time to leave their college town, so they settled in the city of Palm Beach Gardens. They are currently loving life in South Florida and are enjoying being closer to friends, family, and of course... the beach. We have gone on so many adventures together and experienced many new things, all while making the most amazing memories. We are so excited to continue our story and celebrate our love on September 23, 2022. We can't wait to create even more memories on this special day with all of our friends and family by our side! What seemed like a normal family vacation to California turned into the greatest weekend of their lives. On September 26, 2019, Janessa and Seth flew across the U.S. and landed in San Francisco. Seth hadn't seen much of the west coast before, so they decided to stay in San Fran for a little while before heading north to Janessa’s hometown of Redding, California. After a full day of exploring the city, they decided to hike down the coastal cliffside to a beach overlooking the Golden Gate Bridge. Once they reached the beach, quite some time was spent taking pictures with family, friends, and with each other. Before hiking back up, their good friend Nikhaar insisted that they take “one more” candid photo together. While Janessa was looking off towards the Golden Gate Bridge, Seth walked up behind her and said a few special words (that we’ll keep secret) all while hiding a ring in his hand. Seth got down on one knee and asked Janessa to spend life by his side. And as you may have already guessed... SHE SAID YES!
