Happily Ever After Party

5:30 pm - 10:00 pm

The Main Event! 5:30-6:30 - Wine and Beer Welcome Hour with Appetizers 6:30-7:30 - Dinner 7:30 - Full Bar Southwestern Buffet Menu (please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions): -Appetizers: chicken empanada with chipotle crema & cheese quesadilla trumpets with red salsa -Salad Course: mixed baby greens with tomato, roasted beets, jicama, organic carrots, queso fresco, toasted pepitas, and assorted dressings & cucumber salad with roasted red bell peppers and dill vinaigrette -Mains: chicken relleno, vegetarian cheese enchiladas & sides of rice, beans, calabacitas veggie AFTER DINNER: We're going to party like there's no tomorrow with a dance floor under the stars. DJ Hampster Dance will pump up the crowd with his song mashup skills (check him out on IG @djhampsterdance).

Pool and Resort Day at El Conquistador

For guests staying at El Conquistador, ween off your hangovers and join us for a fun day at the El Conquistador pool and bar. We’ll also be bouncing back and forth to the Colibri Lounge at El Conquistador, open to the public, if you aren’t staying at the resort. Nothing official, just excited to have some fun, sun, and drinks catching up with friends while you are in town!
