Gabrielle came across Steven's Instagram account one night in high school and decided to reach out to him. The following Friday, we went on our first date: Olive Garden, shopping, and driving around talking in Steven's car. That same night, Steven asked Gabrielle to be his girlfriend and have been together ever since.

We decided to take a day trip to South Haven, Michigan to spend a day on the beach at Lake Michigan. We spent the day relaxing, swimming, and shopping. At sunset, we returned to the beach to take pictures. Steven told Gabrielle to look at the sunset, and when she turned around, he proposed. It was the perfect moment, with a perfect sunset. Afterwards, we spent time calling our families, eating chocolate, and watching the sun set over Lake Michigan.
