When should I RSVP by?

Please let us know if you’ll be joining us no later than March 23. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Where are people staying?

Answer

We recommend The LINQ Hotel for their great location on the Strip and affordable rates. The wedding bus will pick up and drop off at the LINQ on Saturday. That said, you’re welcome to stay wherever works best for you!

Do I need to rent a car for the weekend?

Answer

Not for the wedding, but totally optional! Vegas is walkable, ride-share friendly, and taxis are everywhere. If you're planning to explore beyond the Strip, a rental might be handy, but otherwise, you're golden.

Will there be transportation?

Answer

A charter bus will be provided for all of Saturday’s activities starting with pickup at 1:15 PM at the LINQ Hotel. Check out the schedule tab for more details!

How long should I stay?

Answer

We recommend Friday to Monday for full enjoyment of the festivities but stay as long or as short as you'd like. We'll be happy to have you regardless!

What’s the weather like?

Answer

Expect warm, sunny days in Vegas with highs in the low 90s° and cool, comfortable nights in the 60s°. Keep updated as this may change as we get closer.

What's the dress code?

Cocktail - The more dramatic, the better! This is Vegas, baby! We'll be celebrating outside on unpaved ground, so plan for shoes that can handle a little dust! We'll be finishing the night with a trip to the bowling alley! Feel free to bring a change of clothes that’s more comfortable. We kindly ask that guests avoid sweatpants. Socks will be provided at the venue if needed!

How do I get to the bus pickup spot?

Answer

The LINQ bus pickup location is located at 3973 Linq Lane, situated at the end of the LINQ Promenade near the base of the High Roller observation wheel. It is designated as the "High Roller/LINQ Promenade" bus loading zone, adjacent to the Big Bus Tours sign.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors in a one-of-a-kind Vegas setting, and the reception will follow indoors.

What's the drink situation?

Answer

We’ll have drinks available on the bus throughout the day to keep the party going. There will be a cash bar at dinner, and our own bartender with a cash bar during bowling, so come thirsty!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We’d love to include all the little ones in our lives, but due to limited space, we were only able to invite a few close children to Saturday’s events. That said, kids are more than welcome to join the fun at Sunday’s pool party!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We’re asking everyone to stay unplugged during the ceremony, but once we say “I do,” feel free to snap and share the night away!

Your presence is gift enough, we kindly ask for no gifts. If you’d like, buy the couple a drink while you're in town!
