Our story begins in 2016, thanks to a little matchmaking by Amanda’s aunt. She had a feeling that we’d be a good fit—and she couldn’t have been more right. What started as a setup quickly turned into something unforgettable. For our very first date, we went to the drive-in movie theater and grabbed dinner afterward. When he pulled up to pick Amanda up, roses were waiting in the front seat—a gesture that set the tone for the thoughtful, caring relationship that has grown ever since. Over the years, we’ve shared nearly a decade of love, adventures, and everyday moments that mean the most. We’ve celebrated milestones, cheered on our favorite football teams every Sunday, laughed through countless family gatherings, and built a life full of memories. In 2022, we added a new member to our little family—our dog, Scout—who has brought us endless joy, energy, and plenty of chewed-up toys. Then, on April 30, 2025, during a beautiful day in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, everything became official. While on a boat, with the ocean breeze and sunshine surrounding us, he asked Amanda the easiest question she’s ever had to answer. That “yes” marked the beginning of our forever. Looking back on nearly ten years together, we’re grateful for how our story has unfolded—from that first date at the drive-in to where we are today. We’ve grown side by side, supporting each other through every season, and we’re so excited to continue this journey as husband and wife.
