What are we getting ourselves into?
Answer
2020 has been crazy and so has wedding planning, thus plans have changed. You're now signing up for a fun-filled mountain weekend to celebrate our love in a laid back atmosphere with friends and family.

Are you implementing COVID-19 precautions?
Answer
Depending on the status of COVID-19 closer to March, we may implement some precautions. It is possible that we may require a negative COVID-19 test as we have some family members with pre-existing conditions. We understand that this may not be ideal and we totally understand if you are unable or unwilling to follow precautions. We kindly ask that you stay home, if this is the case, and we can celebrate with you at a later date! As of now, we are just monitoring the situation. We will send out notifications if we are requiring a negative test. Thank you!

Where is the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will take place at a chapel within Hearthside at the Preserve cabin resort. Many of the cabins are within walking distance to the chapel or within a short 5 minute drive.

Where is the reception?
Answer
The reception is located about 5 minutes away from the chapel at a large cabin. The reception will be a combination of indoor/outdoor dining and fun. You can expect a relaxed atmosphere with good food, drinks, yard games, and dancing. Think of the celebration as more of a party rather than a wedding reception!

What should I wear?
Answer
We ask that you please dress it up for the ceremony (collared shirts and no jeans gentlemen!) as we will still be taking professional photos. For the reception, feel free to head back to your cabin to change into warmer, more comfortable clothing; the weather in the mountains at this time of year is hard to predict so make sure you are prepared for the outdoor elements and the fun night ahead! You are also welcome to bring clothes with you to the party and change in one of the rooms available.

Is there parking?
Answer
Yes, there is a parking lot next to the chapel and limited parking at the cabin.
Question
Will you be upset if guests are unable to attend?
Answer
We will not be upset at all. 2020 has been unpredictable and we understand if you are unable to attend. We ask that you please RSVP by January 26th, 2021.
