When should I RSVP by?

Is there parking for the ceremony?

Answer

Parking will be located at Big Horn High School and there will be a shuttle service from there to the venue.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 20 minutes early so you have enough time to walk or catch the shuttle to the venue (roughly 0.5 miles from parking lot to venue)

What beverages will be provided?

Answer

Beer, wine and champagne will be provided free of charge. Other beverages are welcome on a BYOB basis.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The wedding party will be dressed in semi-formal western wear. Feel free to join in, or wear whatever, we'll take you as you are.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The plan is to have a DD service made up of past students. They will work in pairs to get you and your vehicle safely back to your overnight destination. They love jokes, long stories about how you met your spouse, and trips through the McDonalds drive through (McFlurries accepted as tips ;)
