Once you receive our official invitation then you will see the RSVP options listed there. Our invitations will be going out in June, 2025. If you have any questions before then, don't hesitate to reach out to us!
We will be doing a final headcount of all the guests who RSVP'd to us. If you did not RSVP and we couldn't reach you but you decide to show up anyway, don't forget a chair and a sandwich! Also....BYOB :).
The ceremony begins promptly at 3pm. If you arrive late to the venue, do not panic! Keep in mind, however, that you will not be permitted to drive down to the parking lot until the ceremony is over. This policy ensures that the special moments are not disrupted by traffic. If you do arrive late you will have two options: 1) The venue will provide valet service and permit you to walk down to the barn and ceremony area. They will then drive your car down to the lot after the ceremony, park for you, and return your keys. 2) You can wait until the ceremony is over and drive down to park your car when one of Fortune Valley Manor's employees lets you know that the ceremony is over and traffic will no longer cause disruption.
We ask you wear cocktail attire. Jeans and work boots discouraged but fun dresses and vans...ENCOURAGED (but not required). We also ask that white or shades closely resembling not be worn. Ladies, it is recommended you wear a wedge heel as there are grassy areas! Also, if you're anything like the bride...you may want to bring a jacket or sweater just in case!
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate guests not indicated on the invitation. Rest assured that you will be seated with people you know!
As we love your little ones we ask you please make this a date night! As stated above, only guests indicated on the invitation can be accommodated. This is an adult only event. Thank you for your understanding!
Both! Our ceremony will take place outside (weather pending) and will be followed by cocktail hour also outside. We will move indoors for dinner and the party! Please dress accordingly and comfortably for the occasion!
We will have a minute prior to the start of the ceremony to allow anyone wanting to take photos to do so. This means we ask you to refrain from taking photos and videos on cell phones once the allotted time is over as we want an unplugged ceremony. We wish to see everyone's expressions and emotions instead of phones in the background. We hope you understand and we promise that the professional photos will be shared!
The question all are waiting for! Booze are on us. Hangover is on you. You may not need to front the bill but tipping is encouraged for our hardworking bartenders. Cheers!
