We promise we love your kids, but we are only able to accommodate the kiddos within our family and wedding party. We hope you enjoy a night off! ;)
To ensure the health and safety of our family and friends, we prefer that our guests are fully vaccinated. Our ceremony and reception next will be held outdoors, so masks are not required.
Yes! There is ample free parking at the Lodge. The ceremony site is a moderate uphill walk from the parking lot. Golf carts will be available for transportation to and from the ceremony site for those who require assistance.
You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no" so we can plan accordingly.
To adhere to our evening's schedule and ensure plenty of time for festivities, our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. It is strongly recommended to arrive by 3:30pm for seating. Please do not be late!
We are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation envelope. If your invitation indicates "and Guest," you may bring a plus-one, but please make sure to RSVP in advance with their name included. We cannot accommodate last-minute guests.
We are looking forward to an Unplugged Ceremony. We request that you refrain from using your phone or other devices during the ceremony. There will be a 30-60 second period during which pictures will be allowed. We welcome as many photos and videos as you'd like during cocktail hour, reception, and after party! Please use our hashtag #BardelliniEverAfter when posting photos so we can keep track of all the fun memories!
We are excited to offer hosted beer, wine, and signature cocktails during our cocktail hour. There will be limited hosted beer and wine during the reception, as well. A full cash bar will also be available throughout the entirety of the cocktail hour and reception, for those who prefer spirits/cocktails (credit cards also accepted). The bar is located in the Saloon, which is between the cocktail hour and reception sites inside the Los Laureles Lodge restaurant.
In lieu of a traditional gift, please consider contributing to our home down-payment fund, honeymoon fund, or pet hotel fund. See our Registry page for details. There will also be a card table at the wedding. Please don't feel obligated; your presence on our special day is a gift in itself!
Cocktail or Garden Attire. Our wedding will take place on a warm (possibly hot) summer day. The ceremony will be outdoors under a shady oak tree, and the reception will be outdoors in a garden with umbrellas for shading. Held at a historic ranch, our wedding and decor theme is "Boho Western," or "Country Elegance," highlighting natural greenery, succulents, and rustic ambiance, with navy blue and a lovely green palette as our color scheme. For the ladies, cocktail dresses or sundresses are welcome! Neutral or colorful patterns are fine. For the gents, suit and tie, bowtie and suspenders, blazer, vest, or a simple button-down are all great options. Please plan accordingly for chillier weather into the evening; a sweater or jacket are recommended.
