When should I arrive/leave?
Answer
Come for as long as you'd like! We recommend guests arrive by Thursday and depart Sunday or Monday. We will be at Hyatt Ziva starting Monday 3/24 if you want to start celebrations early with us! If you'd like to stay for dates outside of our room block (3/27-3/30), please reach out to my wedding planner/travel agent to easily book.

Is it an all-inclusive?

YES! All you can eat and drink. Enjoy yourself!

What is there to do during the day?
Answer
Lounge by the pool, at the swim up bar, at the beach, at the restaurants, or wherever you'd like! The resort is just a short walk away from all major bars, clubs, and restaurants in Cancun if you'd like to explore.

What are the differences between the rooms in the room block?
Answer
All rooms in the room block can sleep 4 people. Ocean Front Double rooms, Resort View King rooms, and Swim Up King rooms are in the main pyramid tower. Club Ocean Front King rooms are in the club tower right next to the main tower and include club-level amenities. Turquoize Ocean Front Master rooms are in the Turquoize adults-only tower. This tower is right next to the other two towers and has a rooftop pool and bar exclusive to guests who stay here.

When should I book a room by?

The room block closes January 28th. We recommend booking rooms early because there are only a certain amount of each type of room available.

Our wedding is adults-only unless you have already been notified.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Beach formal! Please wear white for our welcome party on Thursday, but avoid wearing any form of white for the wedding. Bridesmaids will be in pink on wedding day, so please avoid wearing this color as well.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

All venues for the wedding are outdoors, so dress accordingly!

Answer
Average high temperature in March is 86 degrees, while the average low temperature is 69 degrees. Humidity is typically 72-85%. March is the coolest, driest time of year in Cancun.
