What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The venue is asking that guests do NOT arrive earlier than than 5:15pm. However, the ceremony starts promptly at 5:30pm so please be there by 5:15pm-5:20pm.

What are the COVID-19 precautions/protocols at the venue?

Answer

We are working on getting as many details as possible from the venue. These protocols change monthly and could vary by the end of May. To view the current precautions at the venue, please visit the Bear Brook Valley website. As for now, the venue will be taking the temperatures of ALL guests upon arrival. If you or someone in your group has a temperature over 100 degrees, your entire group will be asked to leave the event by the staff members. If you feel sick in any way that day, please stay home. Our contact info is at the bottom of the FAQs, so that you can notify us.

Are masks required?

Answer

As of 5/19, Governor Murphy has lifted the outdoor mask requirement. Our ceremony will take place outdoors. As far as the cocktail hour/reception— if you are eating and drinking you do not need to wear a mask. There are outdoor areas during cocktail hour and the reception. MASKS ARE REQUIRED ON THE SHUTTLES!

What if I don't feel comfortable attending because of COVID-19?

Answer

We understand that times are uncertain and can be uncomfortable for some. If you are unable to attend, we totally understand and support your decision! The health and wellness of our family and friends is the most important thing! If you will NOT be attending, please let us know ASAP, as this effects many details surrounding the wedding planning!

Only if your invitation says "and Guest" you may bring a date. If not, don't worry, there will be plenty of people to party with!

Yes, please let a staff member know upon your arrival that day.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Yes, please see the "Travel" section of the website for details. MASKS ARE REQUIRED ON THE SHUTTLES!!

Will there be Breakfast/Brunch on Friday?

Answer

Sadly, due to COVID restrictions, there will not be a breakfast/brunch at either of the hotels. However, here are a list of restaurants in the area that you can go to!
