All members of the bridal party are welcome on the premises at 3:00 p.m. We recommend all other guests take their seats by 4:30 p.m. as the Grand Entrances will commence at 5:00p.m.

The Friday night before our wedding happens to fall on Halloween, so we recommend wearing casual or themed clothes if you plan to join us for a fun night out. On Saturday, you can keep it casual or athletic. Sunday’s theme is disco glam or colorful semi-formal - wear whatever you party best in!

Yes! But please personally let us know if you plan to bring a date. In general, we accounted for most invitees to bring a plus-one, but remind us just in case.

Always! We plan to solidify the meal catering plans by October 1st, so the quicker we know, the better.

Parking is absolutely free — the venue has ample gravel parking spaces for guests choosing to drive themselves. We highly recommend ridesharing to and from the venue on Sunday if you will be consuming alcohol with us.

We greatly appreciate your involvement during the days leading up to our wedding just as much as during the day-of the wedding. Please contact us individually regarding any special presentations, speeches, and performances you would like to give or see. We’re always accepting suggestions!
