What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding attire is semi-formal. Please dress up for the occasion but no need for ball gowns and tuxedos. We want you to be comfortable.

Are there accommodations nearby?

Answer

Due to the truncated timeline and the upcoming U.S. Open, we were unable to reserve room blocks at local hotels. But there are a few nearby options listed on the Travel tab that offer affordable options.

What time should I arrive to the event?

Answer

Please arrive at the Watermill by 6:30pm as our ceremony will begin at 7pm.

Where will events take place? What type of parking is available?

Answer

Both the ceremony and the reception will be held indoors with air conditioning at Watermill caterers. The venue also has accessible outdoor patio space. Valet parking is offered for all guests.

Is there handicap access at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a handicap entrance on the back, right side of the venue with a ramp. The front entrance also has minimal steps.

Can I video the ceremony?

Answer

We've chosen to have an unplugged ceremony to ensure everyone enjoys the moment without screens distracting from the experience. We will have a professional photographer and video content specialist to capture all the special moments and make it easier on our guests. Note this request is only for the ceremony, not the reception.

Is there a theme for the wedding?

Answer

Yes, our theme is celestial. And the atmosphere is laid-back, open, & enjoyable...just like us!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

The menu includes a variety of food options including steak, seafood, and vegetarian. Please let us know if you have any specific allergy restrictions.

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all! Since we've been blessed with a home full of everything we need, we kindly ask that, if you wish to give a gift, you consider contributing toward our future adventures together on Honeyfund.
