The Lord has done it!

Our story began on November 4th, 2016, I was living in Florida, and Peter was in Brooklyn. I received a FaceTime call from a mutual friend but it was Peter in the frame. And the first thing he blurts out is "Yo, you're right! She does have no eyebrows" LOL. So I hung up. However, by the end of the night, he got my number and texted "You should save this number" but we didn't start talking until he added me on Snapchat. After a few weeks, we started talking on Snapchat, bonding over one of my favorite movies, The Phantom of the Opera. This movie became our fun little inside joke, and we shared everything—our dreams, our favorite songs, and all the things that made us laugh. Even though we were miles apart, every conversation felt like we were together. I looked forward to our talks more than anything. What started as a joke grew into something really special. Then a few months later, on May 5th, he asked me to be his girlfriend, I moved back to New York, and our journey to forever truly began! Now, as we get ready to start our life together, I’m so grateful for that night that brought us together. Thank you for being part of our journey and celebrating our love with us!
