"It's my pleasure" said Daniel, just after taking my order and handing me a receipt. But I wasn't thinking about food anymore. I was too entranced by the handsome stranger with a British accent that just took my order. "Who is that, and what is he doing here??" I thought. But being the introvert I am, I was much too shy to actually ask him. So instead I memorized his name tag and looked him up on Instagram. We started messaging, and when he learned I was a video producer, he asked me out for coffee to talk about producing a video for his store. But what was supposed to be a business meeting accidentally turned into the greatest first date ever. We talked for hours and connected over a love of art, photography, travel, and culture. It didn't take us long to realize we had found something special in each other. And now, after two years of adventures in places like Joshua Tree and Hawaii, and then spending every day of quarantine together, we knew it was time to make it official. We can't wait to start our new life together in Texas, where Daniel will be Executive Director at a brand new Chick-fil-A south of Dallas. Thank you for being a part of our life and our story. We can't wait to celebrate with you.
