Where will the ceremony and the reception take place?

Answer

All wedding festivities will be conveniently held in the same location on the 60th floor at Manhatta! Please plan to join us for an after party following the reception at Blue Haven South, just a few blocks from Manhatta. Shuttle service will be provided back to the Conrad hotel.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our guests dress to impress! Our wedding is black tie optional. Men should dress in either a dark colored suit or tuxedo, while women should wear full-length gowns, dresses below the knee, or pant suit!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests should plan to arrive between 4:15pm - 5:15pm for our 5:30pm ceremony. Keep in mind that you will need a few extra minutes for riding the elevator and finding a seat. Shuttles will begin pickup from the Conrad hotel at 4pm.

Will transportation be provided between the hotel and venue?

Answer

Round trip transportation will be provided between the hotel and the venue, as well as the after party! For your convenience, we recommend parking at or near the hotel and utilizing the shuttles.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is not parking on site at the venue, but there are public garages within a few blocks.

Of course, this is a Banyard event after all!

Yes, welcome to the city that never sleeps! Join us after the reception at Blue Haven South, a few blocks from Manhatta. Shuttle service will be provided between Blue Haven South and the Conrad hotel.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We encourage using our room block at the Conrad NY Downtown listed on our Travel page. We worked with them for a highly competitive rate. Alternatively, we recommended staying at Gild Hall, Hyatt Centric Wall Street, or Holiday Inn Wall Street for close proximity to the venue. If you have any questions, please call or email us!
