We’re getting married!

We met in 2020 during our freshman year of college. When Noah asked Emily out to dinner, Emily was nervous and maybe not quite ready to commit to a full meal, so we compromised on an ice cream date instead. What started as a casual stop at Randy’s Frozen Custard turned into hours and hours of talking in the parking lot. From that night on, we've been inseparable. Just ten days later, Noah asked Emily to be his girlfriend. Within a few weeks we both agreed that this was something special and that a wedding would be in our future together. The old adage was true once again that, "when you know, you know." As the years went on, we tackled the highs and lows of college side by side- every finals week, late-night study session, and assignment where Emily needed Noah to be the mock patient, were all done with each other’s unwavering support. Along the way, we found ourselves surrounded by an amazing group of friends and made memories we’ll always cherish. From wondering if we’d all make it into the bars while underage, to spring break trips, lake weekends, driveway nights, house parties, and two-dollar Tuesdays, we were lucky to share it all, both with our group of friends (special shoutout to Borracho in Mexico), and most importantly, together. In 2022, we moved into our first apartment together and adopted our furry son, Teddy. That little apartment quickly became home as we finished college and figured out life together. In 2024, we started our first “big-kid” jobs, bought our first house, and finally gave Teddy the fenced-in backyard he had been waiting for. Then came 2025, and our first international adventure together. We traveled to Italy and fell in love with exploring the world side by side. While we were in Florence, Noah proposed. He had bought the ring just after Christmas in 2024 and patiently waited for the perfect moment. The proposal was followed by a beautiful Italian dinner overlooking the city, and plenty of wine. It was absolutely perfect! Now, we’re so excited to be planning our wedding and can’t wait to finally say “I do,” surrounded by the people we love most. Here’s to a lifetime of love!
