Flight

For those Flying in...

There isn't much of a difference between LGA or JFK as far as distance to the Hotel & Venue, it depends on preference and airline. JFK does have a considerable amount of ongoing construction, so if you choose to fly there leave plenty of time for surrounding traffic. You are also welcome to fly into the Islip airport (ISP) but there are limited flights. JFK connects to the LIRR via "Air Train" whereas the connection to the LIRR from LGA is by bus. There are car rentals at both airports and plenty of ubers in the area.

Train

For those coming from the NYC Area...

The closest LIRR station to the venue is the "Syosset" Station on the Port Jefferson line. You will still need to uber or arrange a ride from the station to the venue. The closest station to the hotel will be the "Farmingdale" Station on the Ronkonkoma line and again you would need a ride to the hotel itself.
