Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, cocktail attire/semi-formal! Just a nice balance between casual, formal, elegant, and comfortable. Please keep in mind that it will be the middle of August, so plan for warm weather in the afternoon that will cool a little when the sun goes down.

Is ceremony or reception outside?

Answer

Our ceremony is outdoor right next to the Cedar Bend River that runs through the property. The reception will be held in a barn on the property.

What's on the menu?

Answer

Our meal will be catered by Trout Town based in Kalkaska, Michigan. There will be BBQ pulled pork, grilled chicken, salad, herb-roasted potatoes, homemade mac n cheese, and pasta salads! For dessert, there will be an assortment of yummy cookies provided by our wonderful Aunt Jenn. As for beverages, we will have an open bar with a few options we hope will be suitable for everyone!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, but please be mindful that it is limited, and carpooling with a group would be preferred.
