Please RSVP no later than February 14th- we have to have final numbers into our vendors. Failure to RSVP tells us you aren't planning to make it.
If you have a plus one- It will be reflected on your RSVP line. Please talk with the bride and groom if you think we might have missed your plus one!
If your child is listed on the invite, they are welcome. Our venue has rules about children in attendance and while we love all of your kids, we were only able to invite a select few and limited that as much as possible to out of town family.
We have listed hotels recommended by our venue under the travel section- but ultimately it is up to you to research and decide what makes the most sense for your family.
We are doing an open house style welcome event at University Roadhouse on Friday, March 15th from 7-9pm. Feel free to drop in and have a drink with us!
There are no hotel shuttles, and our venue has cautioned us that Uber and Lyft are not always reliable in Vicksburg. Please plan to party accordingly. Cars left at the venue overnight must be picked up by 10am on Sunday
Please arrive no later than 3:45pm
