We are happy to report that our wedding is moving forward as planned. Due to COVID-19 we have reduced the guest count and we're implementing measures to keep our guests safe. Please read through the following page prior to submitting your RSVP. We'd like to share with you our wedding day plans so that each of you can make an informed decision for our special day. For those of you who feel comfortable attending, we can't wait to celebrate! For those who are not, we will celebrate another time! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception (entire event) will be 100% outside under an open tent in the backyard of a private residence. The large and open area allows plenty of opportunity for guests to maintain social distance. Hand sanitizer stations will be set up throughout the area and backup masks will be on hand. We encourage everyone to wear masks throughout the evening. Shuttles will be provided from Turf Valley Resort to the private property. Masks are required during transportation if you are taking the shuttle. There will also be plenty of parking available on Ramsburg Road. During cocktail hour, apps will be passed around by masked servers on a tray that will be covered with a clear shield and individually handed out. During dinner, tables will be set up with 6 feet in between each table and guests will be seated with others from their social circles. Dinner will be served by masked servers to each guest as a plated meal. If at any point in time you feel ill or have been exposed to COVID-19, please do not attend our wedding and please let us know at your earliest convenience.
