What is included in the resort package?

Answer

Breakfast, lunch, dinner & snacks in all restaurants and bars (GROUP RESERVATIONS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE SPECIALTY RESTAURANTS). Some of the restaurants open seasonally. • Selected international and local brand alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (Premium brands of liquor are included only in Royal Beach Club for Royal Beach guests). • Mini Bar (beer, water and sodas filled once per day, additional stock upon request at surcharge. • Room Service 24 hours • Non-motorized water sports • Westin Workout, daytime tennis courts until 6:00 pm, table games, scheduled daytime. • Government Taxes and Service Charges • Westin kids club (4-12 years) • Nightly entertainment

Are kids welcome?

Absolutely! We would love for your little ones to join us in celebrating our special day, as well as all the adventures Costa Rica has to offer. We’re so excited to share this weekend with the people we love most — kids included!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Yes! We’re happy to celebrate with you and your guest. Please include your plus one when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 3, 2027 so we can finalize our wedding details and make arrangements for all of our guests. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in Costa Rica!

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes! Check your passport expiration dates (often requiring at least 6 months of validity beyond the travel dates).

What should I pack?

Answer

Costa Rica in June is beautifully warm, tropical, and a little rainy — pack for sunshine, humidity, and the occasional afternoon shower! We recommend lightweight, breathable clothing, swim and excursion attire, comfortable shoes, reef-safe sunscreen, and bug repellent!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding attire is beach formal attire — think elegant but comfortable for a seaside celebration. Lightweight fabrics, bright or neutral colors, flowy dresses, linen shirts, and breathable suits are all encouraged. Since the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors on the beach, we recommend comfortable attire suitable for sand and warm weather.

What travel arrangements should I make?

We’ve reserved room blocks and included recommended accommodations on the Travel page of our website. Please make sure you have arranged transportation from the arriving airport (LIR) to the resort venue. The drive is about 1.5 hours, groups are encouraged!
