Jonathan's app picked this up, and Hannah's profile popped up! He thought she was really cute and gave her a super like! Hannah saw it shortly afterwards, and she thought she would give it a shot. She liked him back! They messaged over the app for a few days, and then Jonathan smoothly asked for her personal number. They continued to text for about a week, and then Jonathan asked to call or facetime. Hannah was nervous and excited enough to say yes! She knew that Jonathan loved the Lord and was a good man. After what felt like an eternity (but was actually just about a month and a half), Jonathan drove six hours to pick Hannah up for a 7-part date! Both Hannah and Jonathan were very nervous to meet each other for the first time in person. Jonathan knocked on Hannah's door, ready with a bouquet of flowers and Hannah's favorite kind of chocolate. After a wonderful weekend of spending time together, over time, they both decided they liked each other. On December 1, 2024, they decided to date! Ten months and 18 days later, Jonathan asked Hannah to marry him at the Mercer Botanical Gardens in Houston, TX. It has been history ever since.
