FAQs

The Wedding Website of Caitlyn Ballard and Jared Allen
Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that all guests arrive at the venue between 4:30 and 4:45. But you should plan to get to the square early to find parking.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal/cocktail attire. We would love for you to have fun and get dressed up. But most importantly, we want you to wear something you can dance in!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 5th to ensure we can accommodate everyone comfortably.

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP via our wedding website. Simply click on the RSVP tab, enter your name, and indicate your attendance.

Question

What if I need to change my RSVP?

Answer

If something happens and you are no longer able to attend, please let Jared, Caitlyn, or their parents know.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to space constraints, we can only accommodate guests specified on the RSVP. We appreciate your understanding.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Sunago Bell does NOT have it's own parking lot. Please plan on getting to the square early to find parking. There is a parking map on the Parking tab of this website.

Question

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

Please use the South entrance of the Wells Fargo tower. Once inside, take the elevator up to the top floor to reach Sunago Bell.

Question

Is the venue indoors?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony and reception are both indoors.

Question

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

The venue itself is wheelchair/handicap accessible and has an elevator to take you to the top floor. Wheelchair users might need help unloading and parking. Please let us know if you need additional information.

Question

What's for dinner?

Answer

Cartwright's, a local restaurant, will be catering. They specialize in southern comfort food. If that doesn't sound like your cup of tea, the square has several great restaurants that you can visit before or after the wedding.

Question

Will the reception be family friendly?

Answer

The first part of the reception will be family friendly and we will make sure all music is clean. But as the sun goes down, we will likely mix in some more mature songs.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Unfortunately, an open bar was out of the budget for us. Sodas, tea, and coffee will be free and a cash bar will be available for alcoholic beverages.

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are registered at Crate & Barrel. Links are available in the registry section.

Question

What is a Wedding?

Answer

A social construct.
