Please be mindful that we have guests with compromised immune systems that put them at great risk if they become infected with COVID-19. Out of respect for us and our guests, we request that all eligible guests be fully vaccinated to protect our closest friends and family who are immunocompromised. If you cannot be vaccinated, we request you get tested within 48 hours of event. If you have tested positive in the days leading up to the event, we ask that you follow CDC guidelines and do not attend. If you are experiencing symptoms, have been in close contact with someone that has tested positive, or close contact with someone who has experienced symptoms, please get tested to be sure you are negative before attending. Thank you!
There are cab and ride share services that cover the Solon area; however, they are usually based out of Iowa City and/or Cedar Rapids. We cannot guarantee their availability at any given time in Solon. We recommend making arrangements ahead of time to guarantee you have a ride if/when you need it. Alcohol will be served at the reception, so we ask that everybody be responsible and utilize designated drivers or cab/ride share services if needed.
We will have charcuterie available throughout the evening with a main meal provided by Wildwood Saloon including BBQ brisket (buns available for sandwiches), salad, coleslaw, baked beans, and cornbread. We will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions and intend on having some vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available if possible. If this is a concern for you, please contact us!
We will be providing a selection of complimentary beer, wine, hard seltzers, lemonade, and bottled water. Liquor will not be provided but is allowed at the venue.
There should be ample free street parking available all around the venue and side streets, and it is OK to leave your car overnight if you need to.
