Are kids allowed at the wedding?

Answer

Kids are more then welcome to come to the ceremony but there won’t be any kids at the reception so that all the mom’s and dad’s can enjoy themselves! If your kids will be around that night and you need help figuring out what to do please text me! I am working out details to help with care if needed. Thanks! 8452829897

Where should I stay?

Answer

The Hilton Garden Inn -Ronkonkama is where the majority will be staying and where our room block is. http://hiltongardeninn.hilton.com/en/gi/groups/personalized/I/ISPAHGI-BBWED-20190517/index.jhtml There will be a shuttle for guests to and from the reception venue. It is the PGA golf tour the same weekend. We suggest reserving a room as soon as possible. Cancellation is allowed up until May 14th! Other hotels with decent rates and availability but no shuttle: Best Western-Rockville Center

Any food restrictions?

Please email us if you have any food allergies or restrictions at Balena05182019@gmail.com. Our cocktail hour will have an array of options. The reception dinner is made up of a buffet style menu including a barbecue station, pasta bar, Asian-Thai table, and a steakhouse station. Dessert we will have regular and gluten free options.
