Baleigh and Emil met the way all great Wisconsin love stories begin... at a brewery. Emil was bartending at Fox River Brewery in Oshkosh, and Baleigh had just started serving. At the end of one of her first shifts, Emil casually asked, “How’s training going? Did you make any money today?” Her friend Emma immediately nudged her and whispered, “Oh my gosh, he likes you. Emil never talks to the new hires.” Later that week, Baleigh heard Emil and his friends were going out after work. She decided it was an excellent night to “just happen” to be out too. They found each other, danced all night, and something clicked. They’ve been choosing each other ever since.
