The ceremony will take place at 4 PM at the Central Moravian Church Sanctuary: 400 Main St, Bethlehem, PA 18018 The cocktail hour and reception will begin at 5 PM at the Historic Hotel Bethlehem: 437 Main St, Bethlehem, PA 18018

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Your attendance is more important to us than what you end up wearing! However, for some guidance, we are recommending that people wear cocktail attire.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

While we would love to celebrate with everyone, only those who are listed on the invitation are requested to attend. If you have any questions on this, contact Kelsey and Eric!

Is there an open bar?

Answer

HECK YES! We are excited to celebrate with you, so drinks are on us! Just make sure you bring them to the dance floor!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 4 PM to our ceremony at the Central Moravian Church's Sanctuary. We'll be starting promptly so we can get the party started!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

All events are in walking distance to each other. If you're staying at the Historic Hotel Bethlehem, Central Moravian Church is located directly across the street. If you're staying at the Hyatt Place, Central Moravian Church is a quick, 8-minute walk through the historic downtown.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Blocks have been reserved for guests at both Hyatt Place Bethlehem and Historic Hotel Bethlehem. Please note that Hotel Bethlehem requires a 2-night minimum for the weekend of our wedding. If you're looking to only stay the night of the wedding, we recommend booking at the Hyatt!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Hotel Bethlehem will have parking available for the event. You can also park on the street if you would rather, but Saturdays get busy in Bethlehem's downtown.
