What is included with my stay?

Majestic Elegance is an all-inclusive resort, meaning your stay includes meals, drinks, and various amenities to make your experience seamless and enjoyable. Relax and indulge—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Do I have to stay at the wedding resort?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests stay at our resort. Due to resort policies and limited capacity for off-property visitors, only a small number of guests may be approved to stay elsewhere. If you’re considering alternative accommodations, please reach out to the bride or groom directly before booking.

What is the elegance club?

Answer

The Elegance Club at Majestic Elegance is the resort’s exclusive adults-only section, designed for guests 18 and older. It offers a range of premium perks such as: access to exclusive bars, dining options, pools and beach area. It also includes butler service with your stay. So if you prefer the adults only side, double check your room is in this area!

Are flights included with my hotel booking through the travel agency?

Answer

Flights are not included with your hotel reservation. Please check your local airport for available options and arrange your flights separately. If you need help, the travel agency is happy to assist with recommendations!

Is there a dress code?

We can't wait to celebrate with you by the ocean! Just a heads-up: Beach Formal is the way to go. Attire should be polished yet comfortable—light, breathable fabrics and refined styles suited for a destination celebration.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony begins so you have time to settle in and enjoy the beautiful setting before we say ‘I do’!”
