Jessica and Elizabeth met on their Kindergarten playground in Alameda. They had many sleepovers and got to celebrate their shared birth date, December 1st. Despite the distance, they remained friends and wrote letters to keep in touch. They still enjoy sleepovers (with sparkling wine), singing to Hannah Montana and swapping ridiculous pictures of their pets.

An honorary member of the wedding party, Mark was the younger brother of Brian and passed away in 2014. His kind heart and gentle soul live on through us as he joins us in spirit.
Nathan Moniz

Nathan and Jessica are cousins, but truly the brother she never had. They grew up together along with Nathan's brother Jeremy. Nathan has always been a positive role model for Jessica, and she has enjoyed watching him get married to his beautiful wife, Grace and becoming a dad to Elia.

Nathan Lack is Brian’s older cousin on his mom’s side of the family. Growing up, they used to get into all kinds of trouble together. Now, they reminisce on the good old days during family reunions when the only responsibility was to be home by dinner.
Casey Boraks

Jessica often jokes and says she only was dating Brian to be friends with Casey. Jessica looks forward to a lifetime of girls nights, wine tasting with the cousins, game nights and trying weird foods together (like the chamoy pickle kit).
Mason Ward

Mason and Brian have been best buddies since the first grade. As kids, they spent their time playing before school and enjoying the beach in the Junior Lifeguards program. As adults, they still find themselves playing, only now they are playing tennis together or enjoying surfing. Mason is somebody that you can always count on.
Greta Fischer

Greta and Jessica have been friends since swimming together on their high school team. The two enjoy walking on Sundays with Alex, having wine and pasta nights and much to her dismay, forced crafting nights as well. Greta is the type of friend you can laugh with, cry with or do absolutely nothing but still have the best day with.
Justin Lack

Justin is Brian’s youngest cousin on his mom’s side of the family. Justin has always been a fun and positive influence on everybody that surrounds him and is always the first one to jump into the freezing cold lake during our family reunion in Lake Tahoe!
Alex James

Alex and Jessica met through Elizabeth, the maid of honor. Although Elizabeth and Alex were college roommates, Alex and Jessica's high schools swam against each other, but didn't know until 12 years later. Alex and Jessica have bonded over their love for animals and sharing their thrift store finds.
Ray Lack

Ray is not only Brian's cousin Nathan's wife, but proof that our family keeps getting cooler with every addition. Her infectious energy, great sense of humor and the ability to keep us all in line make her an absolute legend in our book. We're so lucky to have her by our side on this special day, especially leading the dance floor into the night!
Daniell Plomondon

Jessica and Daniell met while working as Resident Assistants at Colorado State University. They spent late nights together working on crafts for their students and getting food from the dining hall while catching up on all the latest gossip. Although they aren't close in proximity, they stay close by having weekly chats on the phone about navigating life in real time.

Tom has been like an older brother to Brian since they first met in college. He has always been a positive influence and a source of strength and wisdom. From their time spent in sailing class together to their trip to Hawaii, they have quite a few stories to tell.

Riley is the daughter of Nathan and Ray Lack, Brian’s cousins. She is an adventurous and bright nine year old with a love for life! Charlie, the son of Nathan and Ray, is a fun-loving and kind four year old who is just getting started on his own adventure.

Jessica's nieces Elia (3) and Violet (2) - This little cousin pair light up every room they enter, and will (fingers crossed) do the same down the aisle. Jessica is so excited to have both girls be a part of this special day.

Nick is Casey’s partner, and has been a member of the Boraks family for the past several years. He is known for his fun spirit and the skill and intensity that he brings to family game nights. Nick is a joy to be around and spreads his infectious positivity in the best way possible.
