Question

FAQS

Answer

Can we attend the civil ceremony? The City Hall ceremony is tiny—only two guests allowed. If you’re nearby, come say hi outside for hugs and photos! And if not, no worries at all—the real magic happens later at the reception. Will there be food and drinks? Oh yes. We’ll kick things off with a welcome aperitivo, followed by a seated dinner, wine flowing, cake, and late-night pizza (because priorities). Is there an open bar? You’ll be greeted with a welcome cocktail, and wine will be served during dinner. After that, the bar will be open for additional drinks, which will be available for purchase—order whatever you’re in the mood for. Can I bring a plus one? Guests named on the invitation are invited to dinner. If your partner isn’t listed, they’re more than welcome to join the party after 9:30 PM, once dinner wraps and we open the doors for dancing and celebrating. Will there be vegetarian or dietary options? Of course! Just let us know ahead of time so we can take good care of you. Is the venue indoors or outdoors? Fully indoors. It’s winter in NYC—no one’s freezing for love. What’s the dress code? Dress to Impress. Suits for the boys, dresses for the girls. Heels, dress shoes, or clean sneakers—express yourself. Gifts Your presence is truly the best gift, especially knowing many of you are traveling from far away. If you’d like to bring something, we’d love a vinyl that’s meaningful to you, with a little note saying why. That way, every time it plays, we’ll think of you. Are kids invited? We love your little humans, but this will be an adults-only celebration.
