Sarah and Chris were introduced by their friends, Kate and Steven Blank. Chris and Steven became friends in high school, and Sarah and Kate became friends working together at Pier 1 Imports. After having dinner one day, Kate invited Sarah over for a tour of the house she just bought with Steven. When Sarah and Kate pulled into the driveway, Steven was working in the garage with Chris.
