If you decide to stay for an extra day or two, whitewater rafting the Chiriqui Viejo or hiking the Volcan Baru are great ways to experience nature in Panama. Otherwise, there are lots of trails to do, and some coffee farms offer tours.
A few people told us they want to take a vacation after or before the wedding. If you are thinking of driving from Panama City to Boquete and stopping at the beaches, we recommend stopping at San Carlos, Santa Catalina, or Playa Morillo on your drive up.
