Can I bring a date?

If you or anyone in your party would like to bring a date and your invitation did not designate "& Guest" then please just reach out to Jacqueline or Luke to get your date added to the guest list and RSVP.

Are Children welcome?
Answer
There will not be many children will be in attendance. All your kids are great and you are welcome to bring them if you would like but we would also love for you to have a night off for our evening affair so that you can enjoy dancing with your partner and our open bar! If you can't find a babysitter - no problem at all! Please make sure your children are listed on your RSVP.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes! Parking will be along Hultberg Road in designated spaces along our almond orchard. Parking attendants will be present to assist you and shuttles will be available to bring you to the entrance of the ceremony - it's not a long walk but nice shoes and dirt don't always mix. **Please do not park in front of the house or driveway, adhere to signs**

Can I leave my car overnight?
Answer
We would rather you pick up your car in the morning than drink and drive! If you plan to leave your car or there is a possibility you may make a few visits to the bar, then ask the parking attendants to make sure you are parked on our property, as opposed to the opposite side of the road.

What's this about a Shuttle?
Answer
We want everyone to have a good time - but want to make sure everyone gets home safe! We will have a courtesy shuttle running from the reception to Hilmar (in town) and to the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Turlock. The shuttle will be already paid for - but please feel free to treat our driver to kind tips :)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at the time indicated on the invitation. We've built in a little wiggle room so you won't be late if you arrive right at 5PM.

Is there a dress code?

The bridal party will be dressed to impress in formal/cocktail attire. Our "Formal" Attire welcomes you to wear that nice outfit you've been waiting for a special occasion to show off. The summer heat will surely be present, so we just want you to wear whatever will make you feel good and ready to dance!

Should I wear high heels?
Answer
The ultimate wardrobe crossroad when planning to attend an outdoor wedding. Some people always opt for fashion and some for comfort, ultimately the choice is up to you - but as far as where you will be walking, here is the down-low: Parking is on the dirt road that surrounds the almond orchard (compact but still dirt), but there will be "Shuttles" to bring you from your car to the ceremony site. The ceremony and dinner reception will be on short cut grass. The dancefloor will be hardwood. Happy Shoe Shopping!

Will it be cold?
Answer
We call them Hot August Nights around here for a reason but out on Hultberg Road we also get a nighttime breeze, if you run cold we suggest bringing a light coat or wrap.
