Hi!!! We are so excited to have you join us on this magical island for a magical week! Dan & I will be on the Big Island from Sunday, May 11th - Saturday, May 18th. I personally suggest doing at least a week in Hawaii, since you're making the trip! I would love for everyone arrive on or before Tuesday, the 13th - so even if the jet lag gets you, you're functioning by the Welcome Event on the 14th. :) feel free to text me if you have any questions

Kona International Airport, Kailua-Kona, KOA

It is about a 25 minute ride from the Kona airport to the Hilton Waikoloa Village. Definitely plan to rent a car while on the island, you will want to go explore! There are many car rental options at the Kona airport, I would just shop around, I don't have a specific recommendation. We have secured $20 self pay parking at the hotel with our room block :)

Hi! The Hilton Waikoloa Village is where all wedding activities will be held. Dan & I will be staying on property ! (see the hotel directory here including interactive map - https://qr.hwvhub.com/directory) Please go to the hotel website link below to book in our room block at the hotel. The rate is available 5 days pre & post event date (5.15.25). If you do not wish to stay on property, there are plenty of lovely condos/vacation rentals around Waikoloa Village and you will still be very close by.
