Our wedding dress code is rustic formal. Guys, think suits and boots. Gals, those gowns shouldn’t touch the ground (or wear heels to avoid the dirt). Wedding is held at a ranch so comfortable shoes for dirt and grass are encouraged (block heels). Bolo ties are not required but will be lauded repeatedly if worn.
Transportation will be provided from the hotel blocks in Scottsdale (contact us if you have questions about transportation). Ceremony will begin at 5:00 p.m. followed by a cocktail hour next to the ceremony space. Dinner will begin at 7:15 p.m. Copious dancing to follow.

Shuttle returns to Hilton Garden Inn and Courtyard Marriot in Scottsdale. Estimated drop-off is ~9:45-10:00p.m.
Last Shuttle Pick-up from Saguaro Lake Guest Ranch

This is the last shuttle back to Scottsdale! Drop offs at Hilton Garden Inn and Courtyard Marriot at ~11:30-11:45 p.m. We highly recommend taking this shuttle rather than trying to call a ride share to the ranch as availability may be limited.
