We’re married!!

Technically Andrew and Mariah met in November of 2022, but they did not actually have a conversation until one random day in March 2023. Mariah was having A DAY at work and sent a student over to distract her mentor so she could have some peace and quiet. Now, Mariah's class had just learned about Caribou toes...this student became OBSESSED. He was trying to figure out how many toes every animal had. This was the topic of conversation that he used to distract Mariah's mentor. Mariah watched this entire situation unfold from across the classroom. This included her student asking the mentor how many toes humans had... all while he himself was only in his socked feet. After school, Mariah was still laughing to herself when she went across the hall to look for for Lexi (Andrew's cousin). Instead she found Andrew, who was simply trying to get ready to go home. Andrew was forced to listen to the story instead. Mariah and Andrew laughed as Mariah almost peed her pants retelling the story to include the ridiculous pose her student took while bothering her mentor. After this random afternoon, they started walking out after school together. Then they were walking in to school together. Then finally in May 2023, Andrew invited Mariah out for coffee. On May 20th, 2023, they finally went on their first official date.... four days later, Andrew told Mariah he loved her and asked her to be his girlfriend :) Andrew and Mariah would like to thank 'J' and his toes for bringing them together.... as ridiculous as that was.
