We met at Planet Fitness when he helped me sign up for a membership. A few days later I showed up to the gym not knowing that they closed early on Friday nights. As he was locking up he invited me to dinner with a couple of mutual friends that we had in high school. He was the perfect gentleman on our first unofficial “friend date”. I have been with my best friend ever since.

We were on our first trip to Spain together with his family. The day we arrived we walked around Seville and took pictures outside of the Giralda. Little did I know he was setting up before and after photos. The next day we walked all the way to the top of the 34 story bell tower. Overlooking the tower of gold, he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. Still out of breath from the climb and completely surprised, it took me a couple of tries to get the full word "yes" out.
