We highly discourage guests stay outside of Playa Fiesta or Costa Sur. Guests that choose to stay outside of our two hotels will be required to purchase a guest pass ($110/per person/day) to come onto Playa Fiesta property to participate in any activities outside of the wedding ceremony and reception. If you chose to stay at the Hilton next door, you'd be required to pay a higher guest fee each night you're staying there, even if you didn't come onto property.
Yes! Also, ensure your passport is not 3 months away from expiring from travel dates.
Official check in time is 4pm, but guests can arrive as early as 12pm and if their room isn't ready, Playa Fiesta will hold their luggage for them. Checkout is 11am from rooms and 1pm from the property.
Provided meals include: daily breakfast buffet and nightly dinners. Outside of that, there is food to purchase at the onsite restaurant (8am-11pm)
Playa Fiesta will accommodate any dietary restrictions or allergies. Please let either of us know in the RSVP what your dietary restrictions are so we can communicate to the staff at Playa Fiesta.
8am-11pm. The open bar includes beer, wine and hard liquor! All alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included during your stay. Guests at Costa Sur would access to open bar at both Costa Sur and Playa Fiesta.

Playa Fiesta front desk has 15 hair dryers so if guests need one daily it's best to pack one and bring along.

Yes! We are near downtown Puerto Vallarta which has several beaches and restaurants to explore. Additionally, Playa Fiesta can help arrange/recommend guided tours including zip lining, ATV tours, whale watching, tequila tasting, snorkeling, etc. While we'll have activities during the day at Playa Fiesta that you can join we highly recommend taking advantage of the local options as well.
Local currency is pesos. Many local businesses will accept USD, and credit cards are widely accepted in major hotels and restaurants. Playa Fiesta only accepts Mastercard and Visa. Be mindful that you may incur international charges depending on your bank. Recommend checking the exchange rate and bringing some Pesos or USD as cash.
