When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by March 26, 2025.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at 5:15pm. Ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are requesting that our guests wear semi-formal attire. Men, please wear a suit or dress shirt and tie with dress pants. Ladies, a midi-length or cocktail dress or dressy separates would be ideal.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes! If you would like to bring a guest, please do! Please include them on your RSVP.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Ocotillo Golf Club is providing our food and drink. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know on your RSVP and we will relay this to Ocotillo Golf Club and do our best to accommodate!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

For our family members and wedding party only, we are hosting a Welcome Dinner on Friday.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have reserved a block of hotel rooms at the Residence Inn in South Chandler for guests. We have also provided a few other nearby hotel recommendations in the "Travel" section. If you are wanting to stay elsewhere in the Valley and need specific recommendations, let us know!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Our hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service upon our request. If you are interested in this service, please let us know so we can try to arrange this. There are only 11 seats on the shuttle, so multiple runs may be required depending on the number of guests who would like to ride. Once we know who is interested, we will try to arrange a shuttle schedule to ensure everyone arrives on time!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There is plenty of parking at Ocotillo Golf Club. We just ask if you choose to drive, please be safe!
