Getting to the venue

Answer

It is best to use google maps when driving to the venue, Into the Woods - 1 May Van Canyon Road, Big Bear, California 92314. In the Travel section you will find a car rental company that you can book a car with, as Uber and Lyft are not as prevalent in Big Bear as in the city. The venue is outside of town and completely in the woods. There will be a sign indicating where to go once you arrive at the street, parking will be available on site.

Am I expected to bring a gift?

Answer

Nope, not in the traditional sense. We are asking our guests to bring one of their favorite recipes so we can add it to our cook book. The recipe can be printed out and in an envelope. Reminder: we are both vegetarian, however we do often cook with vegan meat replacements so can probably edit your recipe if it contains meat.

What do I wear?

Answer

We are encouraging cocktail attire, however keep in mind that the wedding will be completely outdoors, so potentially bring a jacket. Platforms or chunky heels are encouraged over pointy-heeled shoes.
