Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both will be at the Appleford Estate in Villanova, PA.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests are welcome starting at 3:45 pm. If you require transportation please be in the hotel lobby by 3:15 and refer to the transportation FAQ for more information. Ceremony starts at 4:30.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding dress code is Summer formal. We might have warm weather, and we want our guests to be comfortable but still formal. For men, lighter material suits or regular suits, ties are always nice but not required. For women, a nicer summer dress, does not need to be full length but nothing above the knee.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

If all goes to plan, the ceremony will be outdoors. The reception will be under a tent with open sides. Don't forget sunglasses!

Is there anything else we should know about your wedding weekend?

Answer

YES! FIFA World Cup happens to be going on in Philadelphia on June 19th. It was harder than usual to find a hotel block, so please book your hotel and flight as soon as you know you are able to attend.

While we love your little ones, our wedding is an adult only event.
