Please RSVP by August 13th using the tab on this website, this is REQUIRED for your place at the event. Seating, catering, and venue arrangements are based entirely on confirmed RSVPs. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate guests who have not RSVP'd by the deadline, and seats will not be available for unconfirmed attendees.
Kids are welcome. Children 2 and under will be considered lap children and will not have an assigned seat at the ceremony or the dinner. Children ages 3 and older will have a reserved seat and MUST be included in your RSVP. Children must remain supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. If a child becomes disruptive during the ceremony or dinner, we kindly ask they be removed until they are settled.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. Please plan to arrive by 4:00pm and to be seated no later than 4:15pm. If you arrive after the ceremony has begun, please do not enter. Thursday afternoon traffic can be heavy if you are going south on I-15, please allow extra travel time.
The ceremony will be outdoors so please plan accordingly. Please silence your phones and refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. We promise to share plenty of professional photos afterward! There will be some baskets of dried flowers placed in the aisle that Zach has given Bailey over the years. Please throw them as the newly married couple exits the ceremony.
Yes. We invite our guests to dress in cocktail attire for our celebration. Think polished and dressy. Suits, dress shirts and slacks, cocktail dresses, midi or maxi dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or elegant separates. We kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing jeans, casual shorts, T-shirts, baseball caps, or athletic wear.
Yes. There will be roped off seats for the immediate family, grandparents, bridesmaids and groomsmen and at the ceremony. All other seats outside of those isles are first come first serve. There will be assigned seats at the dinner. Please check the seating chart upon entering the venue.
Yes! An open bar will be available for guests of legal drinking age. There is absolutely NO outside alcohol allowed in the venue or in the parking lots. Doing so could result in a fine. Please note: Overnight parking is permitted if vehicle is picked up the following day.
Yes! There will be food throughout the evening.
Smoking and vaping are only permitted in the outdoor designated areas. Do not leave cigarette butts.
There will be a DJ and want to see everyone on the dance floor! Please be advised that some music selections played throughout the evening may contain explicit language and adult themes. While we look forward to celebrating with guests of all ages, parents are encouraged to use their own discretion regarding younger children.
The reception starts at 7pm where additional guests will be arriving. The event will wrap up around 9:15pm with the send off. Please note: To help the couple enjoy as much time as possible with all of their guests, please do not seek out the bride and groom to say goodbye before leaving. Feel free to slip out whenever you're ready, and know how grateful they are that you celebrated with them.
